Marcus Jaffe, the CEO/Team Leader of Keller Williams Capital Properties, has been active in Washington real estate for the past 10 years. Upon moving back to Washington in 1999, Marcus, an attorney, gave up business litigation and joined RGS Title as a settlement attorney and manager. As a title attorney for 5 ½ years, Marcus learned all aspects of residential real estate law in DC and Maryland. KW Capital Properties was only a few months old when Marcus took over in June 2006. In the past 4 years the company has grown to become the dominant real estate sales office in its geographic area.

Melody, also known as "Mel" is a recent college graduate. She majored in Communication Studies and Corporate Strategy. Is is one piece to the functioning of the Keller Williams Capital Properties office. She handles most of the licensing inquires and general assistance to the real estate agents.
