Marcus Jaffe, the CEO/Team Leader of Keller Williams Capital Properties, has been active in Washington real estate for the past 10 years. Upon moving back to Washington in 1999, Marcus, an attorney, gave up business litigation and joined RGS Title as a settlement attorney and manager. As a title attorney for 5 ½ years, Marcus learned all aspects of residential real estate law in DC and Maryland. KW Capital Properties was only a few months old when Marcus took over in June 2006. In the past 3 years the company has grown to become the dominant real estate sales office in its geographic area.

Mike is a true Washingtonian who was born and raised in the Washington area. He currently resides in the District and has a vested interest in our local community. He is responsible for overseeing financial operations, the human resources function and information technology for the Keller Williams Capital Properties offices.

DEE SHAKIR-JOHNSON

Call Center Coordinator

Khadeeja also known as “Dee” has resided in the Washington metropolitan area for 15 years. Dee joined KW Capital Properties after 5 years in insurance administration. For the last 2 ½ years, Dee has provided administrative services to our real estate agents. Dee is the “voice of the office” (recipient of the “Best Voice Award”) and is responsible for connecting sellers and buyers with our agents in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia areas. In addition, Dee assists agents with licensing issues and helps new agents join the office. She is a person who enjoys emphasizing the phrase “It’s always a great day at Keller Williams!”
